Conversations about sexual health are often awkward, avoided, or shaped by stigma — whether at home, at school, or with partners. This panel invites young people to Re:Set these moments and Re:Direct them toward more open, honest, and inclusive dialogue. By breaking down generational gaps and sharing practical ways to talk about consent, testing, disclosure, and diverse identities, speakers will make these discussions feel more approachable.

Burnout, uncertainty, and constant digital noise are shaping how young people experience mental health. This session explores how we can Re:Set our approach to coping and Re:Claim agency over our well-being. Bringing together frontline workers, lived experience voices, and perspectives on tools like AI, panelists will share accessible ways to stay grounded and supported. This session highlights resilience, emotional regulation, and collective care as tools for showing up for ourselves and each other.
